She was predeceased by: her parents, George Walkemeyer and Anna Walkemeyer (Lemmon); her sister Mabel; and her husband Lowell E. Hill. She is survived by: her children, Charles E., Joy, Rosena, Charley Hill (Joy) and Dale Hill (Rosena); and her stepson Kyle Carriker (Becky). She is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 19th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Gerdes-Meyer Funeral Home (2414 H St, Fairbury, NE 68352). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 20th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Believe Assembly of God – Jansen (500 Broad St, Jansen, NE 68377). A burial was held on Saturday, September 20th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Lincoln Memorial Cemetery (6800 S 14th St, Lincoln, NE 68512).
