It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Leonard G. Wortman of Fairbury, Nebraska, who passed away on October 6, 2023, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Emerson Wortman and Marie Wortman (Johnson); and his sister Esther Wilton (Ralph). He is survived by : his wife Evelyn Wortman of Fairbury; his children, Sharon Heikes (Tom) of Tecumseh, KS and James Vinkenberg (Peter-John Sims) of Kansas City; his granddaughter Chelsea Douglas; his great grandchildren, Justin, Jaxson, Hunter and Thomas Douglas; and his sister Delores Fullerton of Hastings. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established to the family's choice.
