With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Richard Leroy English of Fairbury, Nebraska, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 1, 2026 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles English and Eva English (Schrock); his parents-in-law, Orval and Beulah Lemmon; his brothers, Dale and Steve; and his in-laws, Joyce Nutz (Lawrence), Madeline Kapke, Tim Lemmon, Vernon Eden, Mike Orwen and Dick Priefert.
He is survived by: his wife Linda English (Lemmon); his daughter Erin Dubas (Rick) of Grand Island; his grandchildren, GraceLynn Dubas and Charlie English; his siblings, Cheryl Roode, Cindi Bruggeman (Tom) and Jerry English (Cathie); and his siblings-in-law, Donna Walenta (Dan), Ardyth Orwen, Connie Priefert, Susan Lemmon, Evelyn Dalao (John), Tamara Bulin, Carolyn English, Judy English and Bob Kapke. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
