He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Butrick and Garneta Butrick (Simpson); and his sisters, Sondra Stice and Sherry Huppert. He is survived by: his wife April Feighner of Falls City; his children, Tara Butrick of Juniata, NE, Jeremy of Falls City, Shane (Samantha) of Wahoo, Jesse (Jennifer) of Falls City and Bryson of Blue Springs, MO; and his siblings, Thomas of Falls City, Doug (Lori) of Falls City and Phyllis Kreutzer (Wayne) of Falls City. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
In Lieu of flowers the family prefers memorials be made to help offset the cost of funeral services. Memorials may be made to and sent in care of the funeral home at 2303 Harlan St., Falls City, NE 68355.
