He was predeceased by: his cousin Braxton Butler. He is survived by: his parents, Luke Sayer and Rachel Sayer (Keller) of Falls City; his sisters, Addyson, Avery and Emily Sayer; his grandparents, Luke, Donna Keller, Judie and Steve Sayer; and his great-grandparent Donna Sayer. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
In lieu of flowers the family prefers memorials to Family Choice for later designation.
