Frances Davis Obituary
We are sad to announce that on March 3, 2026, at the age of 94, Frances Davis of Falls City, Nebraska passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph John and Pearl Portrey (Weston); her son Robert "Robbie" J. Davis; her siblings, Buddy Joe Portrey, Wayne Dorman, Thomas Houston, Glenna Nash and Angela Shepherd (Melvin); and her sister-in-law Patsy Portrey.
She is survived by: her children, Amy Snyder (Jim) of Joplin, MO, Jenny Perryman of Nixa, MO, Joseph Yocum (Sandy), Kevin Hauck (Deb) of Fremont, NE, Dawn Moorehead of Falls City, NE and Nancy Phroper (Robert) of Falls City, NE; and her brothers, Frank Portrey of Rapid City, SD and Jerry Yetter of Branson, MO. She is also survived by 21 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-granddaughter.
Memorial contributions may be given to the Richardson County Humane Society.
