He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward J. Lange and Theresa M. Lange (Kleinschmit); his wife June Eileen Schulte; his son Lester; his siblings, Rainaldes Schulte (Harold), Sylvia Loecker (Leander), Colette Koch (Jerry), Theresa Stappert (James) and Marvin Lange; and his brother-in-law Loren Schieffer.
He is survived by: his children, Laura Zimmerman (Jay) of LaVista, NE, Christa Uhing (Bill) of Logan, IA, Diane Nelson (Mike) of Coleridge, NE, Jodi Salvatori (Tim) of Omaha, NE, Amy Potratz (Zane) of Spearfish, SD and John Lange (Sheila) of Fordyce, NE; his siblings, Jeannie Schieffer of Crofton and Edward Lange (Bernadette) of Hartington; and his sister-in-law Evelyn Lange of Fordyce. He is also survived by 22 grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
In Lieu of flowers, the family will direct monetary gifts to East & West Catholic School in Bow Valley and Sts. Peter & Paul tuck pointing project.
