She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Lammers and Viola Lammers (Hochstein); her husband Marcus Francis Thoene; her son Maurice Thoene; and her brothers, Donovan, Marcel and Thomas Lammers.
She is survived by: her children, Karen Gubbels (John) of Randolph, Daniel Thoene (Cindy) of Fordyce, Carol Ryan (Charles) of Yankton, Paul Thoene (Tammy) of Fordyce and Neal; her daughter-in-law Terri Gillam; and her sisters-in-law, Alice Lammers of Alberta and Jean Marie Lammers of Hartington. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; six great grandchildren.
