He is survived by: his wife Betsy Halford of Fort Calhoun, NE; his children, Jody Stier (Neil) of Bennington, NE and Ross Halford of Blair, NE; and his grandchildren, Jake and Nate Stier. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
