He was predeceased by: his aunt Susie Love; his uncle Johnny Howe; and his grandparents, Judy Smith, Jan Dawes and Jack Howe.
He is survived by: his parents, Tim Smith of Fort Calhoun, NE and Karen Maurer of Boerne, TX; his grandfather Jack Smith of Indian Springs, NV; and his siblings, Heather Smith of Phoenix, AZ, Kayla Stevens (Daniel) of Boerne, TX, Emma Maurer of Boerne, TX and Tyler Maurer (Nelly) of Boerne, TX. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and nephews.
