With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Patricia Louise Frasier (Fort Calhoun, Nebraska), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 14, 2025 at the age of 83. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Patrick Howell and Sylvia Howell; her daughters, Stephanie and Cynthia; and her sister Roberta Douglass.
