He is survived by: his parents-in-law, Harry and Pearl Kennedy; his brothers, James Kahrs and Don; his siblings-in-law, Skeet Kennedy, Delmer Meyer, Terry Steinkruger and Elliot Nielsen; his niece Dee Isaacson; his sister-in-law Susan Kahrs; his great grandchild Nevaeh Lucht; his wife Betty Lou; his children, Vicki Splattstoesser (JR), Bruce (Janet), Don (Lori) and Dennis; his grandchildren, Gina Welsh (Brian), Grady Splattstoesser, Brent Kahrs (Tessa), Jill Bartels (Mike), Joan Uhrmacher (Alex), Adam Kahrs (Amanda), Kelly Lammers (Ryan), Jeralynn Lucht (Dustin), Erica Smith (Tony), Dylan Kahrs (Sidney) and Joseph Kahrs (Taylin); his great grandchildren, Madalynn, Yancy, William Welsh, Reagan, Hayden, Kenneth, Weston, Wyatt Kahrs, Ryan, Logan, Ella, Macy Bartels, Avery, Kade Uhrmacher, Emma, Stetson, Beau, Anita Kahrs, Sage, Evan Lammers of Max Lucht, DJ, Ashton Smith and Baby Kahrs; and his siblings, Bill Kahrs (Janea), Ruth Marie Steinkruger, Judy Nielsen and Sara Beth Dorn (Denny). He is also survived by Several nieces and nephews and many friends.
