She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Whitney and Sybil Whitney (Mason); her son Thomas Hummell; and her brother Donald Whitney. She is survived by: her daughters, Susan Peterson (Mark), Kelly Strahan and Merry Hummell (David Schlehuber); her grandchildren, Lance Peterson, Jackie Tomasino, Stephanie Strahan and Jessica Measdowcroft; and her husband William.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Greenwood Cemetery (619 15th Ave, Franklin, NE 68939).
