He is survived by: his sons, Jim (Connie) and Andy (Wendy); his grandchildren, Joshua (Melanie), Jonathan (Mikayla), Caitlin, Caleb (Lysabela), Hannah (Austin Bervig) and Rachel; his cousins, Cynthia Seifert of Franklin, Carol O'Connell of Holdrege and Gordon Bush of Riverton; and his nephews, Scott of Bloomington, Mike of Burwell, Danny of Kearney and Kent of Franklin.

Memorials can be given to the Kearney Habitat for Humanity or the Kearney First United Methodist Church.
