It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mark Johnson in Franklin, Nebraska, born in Minden, Nebraska, who passed away on June 5, 2023, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard M. Johnson and Gertrude H. Johnson (Schielke); and his half-brothers, Larry Dirks and Gene Johnson (Janice). He is survived by: his brother Dennis Johnson of Upland; his close friends, Amanda Johnson of Franklin and Trixie Swearingen (Randy) of Holdrege; his nieces and nephews, Dakota Norton, Creed Johnson (Crystal Brownell), Wade Johnson (Sheila), Katie Johnson, Joyce Gardner (Pat), Mary Luberda (Terry) and Rick Johnson (Della Burritt); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Alikaid Norton, Ford, Lincoln, Shelby Johnson and Ayden Schmidt. He is also survived by relatives and close friends.
