Shirley will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around her. Though Shirley is no longer present, the bonds she created and the experiences shared will endure. Shirley’s memory will continue to be a source of comfort for all who knew her.
She was loved and cherished by many people including three children, four grandchildren, numerous cousins and many friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the House of Prayer Lutheran Church (14045 Space Center Blvd, Houston, Texas 77062). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Greenwood Cemetery (619 15th Ave, Franklin, NE 68939).
