With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Wilma L. Keaschall of Franklin, Nebraska, born in Ravenna, Nebraska, who passed away on March 28, 2024 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Louis Psota and Katherine Psota (Hervert); her husband Don Keaschall; her son Kurtis Keaschall; and her siblings, Jack Psota, Bess Cronin, Frances Wiseman and Clara Mae Ewer.

She is survived by : her children, Kim (Ken Gewecke), Kathy (Ron Loeffelholz), Konnie (Tim Kiser), Keith Keaschall of Ravenna and Karl (Jodi Keaschall); her daughter-in-law Julie (Dean Keaschall Nightengale); her sister Joyce Wink of Littleton, CO; and her sisters-in-law, Clarice Riessland of Kearney, NE and Dee Keaschall of Ravenna, NE. She is also survived by 20 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren.

Memorials are suggested to Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, St. Joseph Cemetery, or School Sisters of Christ The King in Lincoln, NE.

Sister Michael wrote a sympathy message

“Wilma, put a good word in for us to the Lord! To the hardest working woman I ever met. Also a forgiving heart! Particular memories from childhood involve musk thistle chopping in the HEAT of summer, Wilma was out there without complaint. Also her garden seemed to be targeted by drift from spraying adjacent fields. Wilma replanted when a lesser woman would have targeted others. May she help us grow in hearts of beauty like hers, as it was a lot like His.”
