With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Arlene Vyhlidal of Fremont, Nebraska, born in Merna, Nebraska, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 10, 2025 at the age of 85. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jim Fritz and Julia Fritz (Christensen); her daughters-in-law, Ruth Caddy Vyhlidal and Brenda Vyhlidal; and her siblings, Vivian Mecham, Louise Matson, Darlene Panowitz, Dean and Lyle Fritz.
She is survived by: her husband Stanly Vyhlidal of Patrick's Catholic Church; her children, Gene Vyhlidal (Ann), Mike Vyhlidal, David Vyhlidal, Kenny Vyhlidal, Rose Leffler (John) and Julie Klein (John); and her siblings, Donita Krumback, Judy Smith, Betty Zwicker, Duane Fritz and Leonard Fritz. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
