With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Caren S. Lillie of Fremont, Nebraska, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her mothers, Carroll Dickerson (Sam Heineman) and Bonnie Dickerson of Fremont; her husband John F. Lillie; her stepfather Jim Bokowski; her father-in-law Wallace (Blanche Lillie); her sister Jamie; her brothers-in-law, John Morehouse and Rev. Dwain Acker; and her niece Carla Ring.
She is survived by: her children, Jason Lillie (Becky) and Tahnee (David Siders) of Omaha; her grandson Dillon Siders of Omaha; her brother Ted; and her sisters-in-law, Val Bokowski of Gretna and Virginia Acker of Lincoln. She is also survived by nieces and nephews as well as close family members and friends.
The funeral will be 10:30am, Thursday, September 18, 2025 at First Lutheran Church in Fremont with burial in Memorial Cemetery, memorials are suggested to FurEver Homes (https://www.fetchingfureverhomes.org) and the Josie Harper Hospice House.
