We are sad to announce that, on May 27, 2020, at the age of 91, Clarence H. Arbaugh (Fremont, Nebraska) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Dolores Johnson; his parents, Alex Arbaugh and Amanda Arbaugh; his siblings, Clara Belle Anderson, Lorene Huffman, Marion Arbaugh, Robert Arbaugh, Alex Arbaugh Jr. and Paul Arbaugh; and his son-in-law Steve Dierberger.

He is survived by: his children, James Arbaugh (Nuria) of Fremont and Susan Dierberger of Lincoln; and his granddaughters, Sarah Dierberger, Elizabeth Dierberger, Jennifer Hecht, Stephanie Arbaugh and Phoebe Arbaugh.

Fred Huffman lit a candle

“My Uncle Harold was one of the funniest guys I ever knew. It was always a much-anticipated treat when he and my Aunt Delores would come back every summer to visit us here in West Virginia. In the early days, it was even better when my cousins, Jim and Sue came along. We loved to hear Harold tell stories about growing up on Muddy Creek Mountain. I hope that Jim and Sue can take much comfort in knowing he is with his beloved Delores again, and a great reunion is happening right now in Heaven.”
