He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Jespersen and Betty Jespersen (Boyer); and his brother Robert "Bobby" Joseph Jespersen. He is survived by: his daughter Samantha Mahler (Robert) of Virginia Beach, VA; his sisters, Susan McDunn of Fremont and Lori Prochaska of Ames; and his grandchildren, Alana, Jaxon and Oswin.
