Dan Weddle Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dan Weddle of Fremont, Nebraska, who passed away on October 14, 2025, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Merritt Weddle and Clara Weddle (Chilcoat); and his brother Ross Weddle. He is survived by: his wife Georgean Eaton; his children, Jon Weddle, Terrie Rabe (Mike), Jolynn Joutras (Frank) and Ann Peterson (Pat); his sisters, Jean Lawson and Mary Kay McDowell (Bob); and his grandchildren, Adrianne, Zach, Sam and Reece.
Visitation was held on Monday, October 20th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM. A funeral service was held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Presbyterian Church (520 W Linden Ave, Fremont, NE 68025).
Memorials may be directed to the Masonic-Eastern Star Home for Children in Fremont.
