He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren Bryan Kendall and Obera Leota Kendall (Asbury); and his brothers, Paul and Gerald Kendall. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia "Cindy" Witt; his children, Anthony Kendall of Magnolia, Texas, Natalie Soults (Ken) of Magnolia and Andrea Cowley (Mark) of Omaha, Nebraska; and his brother Hershel Kendall (Karen). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; and 6 great-grandchildren.
