He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Leeper and Santa Leeper; his siblings, Wesley, Larry and Carol Stanley; and his in-laws, Floyd and Martha Janecek.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Janecek Leeper; his daughters, Rebecca Leeper of Tulsa, OK and Molly Reynolds (Brad); his grandchildren, Emma and Maddox of Olathe, KS; his daughter Jennifer Leeper Miller (Henry); his grandchildren, Leo, Ruby and Dexter of Lincoln, NE; his daughter Emily Carlson (Casey); his grandchildren, Wyatt, Piper of Hooper, NE and Jared Clark (Alex Dudley Clark) of Lincoln, NE.; his siblings, Leo Leeper, Pat Lebs of Fremont, Rita Weltikol of Fremont, Laura Smith and Linda Thiele of Texas; and his sisters-in-law, Mary Heineman and Joanne Thomas (Don).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests honoring Ed's years of service as a fireman and EMT. Donations may be made to the Hooper Fire Department.
