He is survived by: his mother Barbara Barton (Neal); his wife Jodi Barton; his children, Joshua Foxworthy, Zachary Kopejtka (Kelly), Ryan Kopejtka (Alesha), Emily Kopejtka of Fremont and Alesha Kopejtka of Fremont; his brother Richard Barton (Janelle) of Tekamah; his grandchildren, Nicholas, Landon, Kylee, Emmett, Dominic, Addyson, Charleigh, Theodore and Jaxon; and his sibling's children, Jesse Barton and Gracelyn Barton.
