He is survived by: his wife Sue Stenvers of Fremont; his daughters, Katlin Vampola (Joseph) of Fremont, Katheryne Snyder (Justus) of Cedar Falls, IA and Kristen Middleton (Marcus) of Bellevue, NE; and his grandchildren, Gracelyn, Lillian Vampola, Zora and Alexandria Middleton.
