He is survived by: his parents, Ernie Dougherty and Mary Dougherty (Franke) of Fremont; his wife Katie Dougherty (Manning); his daughter Taylor Dougherty; his stepdaughter Halle Dougherty of Fremont; his sister Jamie Kurtz (Gordon) of Blair; his parents-in-law, Mike and Robin Manning of Ames, NE; his brother-in-law Nick Manning (Kori) of North Bend; his aunt Judy Rippy; his uncle Jerry Franke (Peggy) of Fremont; and his pet Maverick.
In lieu of Flowers memorials are suggested to the family for a fund yet to be determined.
