We bid farewell to Jerry Wilcox of Fremont, Nebraska, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on November 29, 2025 at the age of 74. Jerry touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold D. Wilcox and Grace Wilcox; his former wife Vicki Stegner-Wilcox; and his siblings, Brownie Wilcox, Nancy Verbeek and Robbie Dixon.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Wilcox of Fremont; his children, Dustin Wilcox (Tamara) of Fremont, Ben Wilcox (Carly) of Fremont and Abbie Wilcox of Fremont; his sisters, Theresa Taylor of Fremont and Lois Verbeek of Folsom, California; his grandchildren, Harlan Wilcox, Lucy Wilcox, Emmy Wilcox, Nora Wilcox, Willow Wilcox, Ivy Wilcox, Hunter Bittinger (Payci Owens) and Mallary Bittinger; and his great grandchild Bowen Bittinger. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, in-laws, and dear friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Moser Memorial Chapel (2170 N Somers Ave, Fremont, NE 68025). A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
