It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Joe Steiner of Fremont, Nebraska, born in Humphrey, Nebraska, who passed away on December 30, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, William "Bill" Steiner and Erna Steiner (Thomas). He is survived by : his wife Mary Dush of Fremont; his children, Debra Nelsen (Reed) of Fremont, Pat Steiner (Monica) of Omaha and Jeff Steiner (Mary) of Omaha; his sister Rosemary Wahlgren of Coon Rapids, MN; his grandchildren, Devin, Marshall, Andrew, Daniel, Kevin, Nicole and Erica; and his great grandchildren, Janice, Anders, Felix and Silas.
