With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joie D Baker of Fremont, Nebraska, who passed away on February 24, 2026 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parent Martha Hugley; his former wife Pat; and his siblings, Charles, Elizabeth and Kay Clark.
He is survived by: his wife Joy Mockelmann; his children, Kimberly Hudelson (Sean), Kristine Dunham (Kevin) and Kyle Baker (Kim); his stepchildren, Ric Smith (Dee) and Jenna Norton (Greg); and his siblings, Jack, Bill and Charlotte Gregory. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
