He is survived by: his mother Kimberley Eyer (Wells); his fiancé Kira Dzingle; his children, Zayden Dzingle, Carsyn Jacob, Lilly Jacob and James Jacob; his grandfather Garry Wells; and his siblings, Jeff Jacob (Debbie), Tom Bruce (Sara), Lee Bruce, Brandon Eyer (Tish), Cameron Eyer, Kim Lacey (Mike), Denia Wimer (Dallas), Lisa Jacob (Ralph) and Jamie Vollmer (Dave). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; along with many extended family members, friends, coworkers.
