He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald Haines and Isaura'Rosie' Haines (Monero). He is survived by: his daughters, Lyndsey Haines of South Carolina and Makenna Haines of Lincoln; his siblings, Ruth Carey (James) of Fremont, Amy Thompson (David) of Santaquin, UT and Scott Haines; his friends, Lana Larsen Hunke, Brad, Lisa Novak, Greg, Sue Ortmeier and Jerry Greenwood; and his close friend Scooby. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren, Pup Pup and several nieces and nephews.
