Marlene Preissler Obituary

We are sad to announce that on June 3, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Marlene Preissler of Fremont, Nebraska. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, John Wermeskerch and Theresa Wermeskerch (Kimminau); her brothers, Bob and Roger Wermeskerch; and her siblings-in-law, John Keane and Patricia Preissler.

She is survived by: her husband Ronald Preissler of Fremont; her children, Monica Colligan (Tom) of Omaha, Tim Preissler (Tracy) of Hooper, NE and Julianne Windeshausen (Brent) of Fremont; her sister Kathy Keane of Elkhorn, NE; her siblings-in-law, Gerry Preissler (Barb) of Giltner, Don Preissler (Myra) of Omaha, Bethine Wermeskerch of Lincoln, NE and Margaret Wermeskerch of Hastings; her grandchildren, Jennifer Trevett (Andrew), Sean Colligan, Joseph Preissler (Kelsi-Rae), John Preissler (Rachel), Alec Windeshausen (Ashley) and Zachary Windeshausen (Hailey); and her great grandchildren, Landon, Jordyn Trevett, Timmy, Axxel, Ryker and Adalynn Preissler. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 from 4:30 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, June 6th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the Moser Memorial Chapel (2170 N Somers Ave, Fremont, NE 68025). A rosary will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Patrick Catholic Church (3400 E 16th St, Fremont, NE 68025).
