She is survived by: her husband Ken Gruhn; her children, Kenny Gruhn, Kyle Gruhn, Emma Niewohner (Noah), Izzy Miller, Taylor Sibert-Gruhn and Katie Gruhn; her grandchildren, Emberly, Huxley, Lorna, Bentley, Kolter, Stella and Laylani; her brother Justin Morgan (Jen); her niece Payton Morgan; her nephew Paxton Morgan; and her former husband Jeff Miller. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Ludvigsen Mortuary - Fremont (1249 E 23rd St, Fremont, NE 68025). A memorial service was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Fremont First United Methodist Church (815 N Broad St, Fremont, NE 68025).
