She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony Wilberding and Evelyn Wilberding (Goecke); her husband Joe; her siblings, Donald Wilberding, Marilyn Reiff, Evelyn Kropf and Lois Wilberding; her siblings-in-law, Richard O'Brien, Lonnie Kropf, Bill Jennewein, Maureen Wilberding and Peggy Wilberding; and her nieces and nephews, Terry, Ted, Scott, Julie, Craig Wilberding, Toni Ekiss and Barbara Whipple.
She is survived by: her stepchildren, Gary Niewohner (Lois), Dennis Niewohner (Jerlinda) of Snyder, Tony Niewohner (Stacy) of Bennington, Melvin Niewohner (Sue) of Beemer and Mary Langhorst (Gary) of Fremont; her siblings, Shirley Jennewein of Yankton, SD, Alice O'Brien of Carroll, IA, Edward Wilberding of Lincoln, Merle Wilberding of Dayton, OH and Larry Wilberding (Diane) of Wesley Chapel, FL; and her brother-in-law Arthur Reiff of Carroll, IA. She is also survived by 15 step grandchildren; 21 step great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 10th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Moser Memorial Chapel (2170 N Somers Ave, Fremont, NE 68025). A rosary will be held on Tuesday, June 10th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Patrick Catholic Church (3400 E 16th St, Fremont, NE 68025). A burial will be held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the St. Leo's Catholic Cemetery (302 Ash St, Snyder, NE 68664).
In lieu of flowers, memorials will be directed to St. Patrick Catholic Church in Fremont or Franciscan Monastery of St. Clare, 22625 Edgewater RD, Elkhorn, NE 68022 or Carmelite Monastery, 2901 S. Cecilia St, Sioux City, IA 51106.
