She was predeceased by : her parents, Henry Theimer and Irene Theimer; and her husband Darrell Puls. She is survived by : her sister Verna Rank; her daughters, Amy Weidner (Terry) and Jane Gordon (Eric); and her grandchildren, Chip Gordon (Rachel), Brooke Whiteman (Daniel), Jillian Williquett (Brady) and Jenna Weidner.

Visitation was held on Monday, April 29th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Trinity Lutheran Church (1500 N Luther Rd, Fremont, NE 68025). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 29th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
