She was predeceased by: her parents, Victor and Lenore'Schlecht'Adams; her granddaughter Kayla; and her siblings, Stanley and Jane Lancaster.
She is survived by: her children, Todd Wortman (Martha Cervantes) of Shawnee, KS. and Terri Wortman (Adrian Bovia) of Papillion; and her siblings, Bill Adams (Joy) of St. Peters, MO. and Sally McGuire of Gretna.
