He is survived by: his wife Lorraine Gerrard of Fremont, NE; his children, Richard'Rick' Gerrard (Becci) of Avondale, AZ, Ranae Rogers (Rodney) of Fremont, NE and Rhonda Lahti (Richard) of Woodcliff, NE; his sisters, Janet Roberts (Lee) of Sparks, NV and Judy Bertwell of Nevada; his grandchildren, Brock Rogers (Deanna), Amy Sund (Travis), Kelsie Bahe (Ryan), Allyson Gerrard, Shane Gerrard, Kaylee Lahti and Richard Lahti; and his great grandchildren, Mya, Mason, Miles Sund, Grady Rogers, Josie, Jace and Juliette Bahe.
In lieu of flowers memorials are suggested to Archbishop Bergan Schools.
