He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy D. "Jack" Denny and Freda Denny (Rasmussen); his wife Margaret Bell Shenshew; his brothers, Johnny and Loren Denny; and his brother-in-law Fred Moore.
He is survived by: his children, Mark Denny (LaRae), Cheryl Collins and Julie Nienaber (Lee); his siblings, Dan Denny (Dee) and Mary Moore; his sisters-in-law, Marie Denny and Sandy Carlson; and his grandchildren, Jeremy, Paige Denny, Ceth, Cole, Cody Collins, Nicholas and Addison Nienaber. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be directed to the First Baptist Church or the Cosmopolitan Club.
