He was predeceased by: his parents, Orlando Neisius and Rosemary Neisius (McCampbell); and his siblings, Daniel J. Neisius, Richard L. Neisius and Karen Taylor.
He is survived by: his daughter Rachel (Maxwell) of Kennard. He is also survived by three grandchildren.
