He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Clyde and Marjorie McCauley (Leatherman); his brother Steven C. McCauley; and his former wife Joan P Pollock. He is survived by: his wife Linda J Casper; his sister Sharyl A Jessen; his children, Robert Eugene McCauley of Fremont, Shamra J. Figueroa (Joel), Diane Thomas and Cathi Sampson (Greg); his grandchildren, Robert John, Amber, Nicolas, Ryan, Austin, Zach, Logan, Brian and Brisa; and his great grandchildren, Jaxson, Johnna, Ryan, Noah, Gabe, Luca and Molly.
