As Roland departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Roland. Though Roland may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur and Lenora'Scheer'Laaker; his wife Charmine Schiessler (Ruff); his sister Mary Lee Miller; and his granddaughter Danielle Schiessler.
He is survived by: his stepsons, Mike Schiessler (Shelley) of Fremont, Dr. David Schiessler (Lee Ann) of Tuscola and Dr. Daniel Schiessler of Maui. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and10 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Trinity Lutheran Church (1546 N Luther Rd, Fremont, NE 68025). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
