He was predeceased by : his parents, Clifford John Baker and Sarah Fern Hardman (Galven); and his brother Doug Baker. He is survived by : his wife Michelle Baker; his children, Chris Baker of Fremont, Timothy Baker, Jr. of Fremont, Brandon Baker of Fremont, Rachel Jackson (Eric Dupont) of Fremont, Jessica Marroquin (Michael) of Columbus, NE, Brittany Baker (Lamarr Good) of Fremont and Amanda Baker (Jose Marroquin) of Columbus; and his siblings, Jimmy Baker of Omaha, Todd Baker of Omaha and Cindy Baker of Denton, NE. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 17th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Moser Memorial Chapel Funeral & Cremation Services (2170 N Somers Ave, Fremont, NE 68025).
