He is survived by: his wife Tammi McElroy of Fremont; his sons, Tyler Heun (Shanna) of Charlotte, Jake McElroy (Amber) of Omaha and Brandon McElroy (Melissa) of Fremont; his siblings, Larry McElroy (Karolyn) of Lyons, NE, James McElroy (Jane) of Fremont, Mike (Roxanne) of Fremont and Deana Woods (Jeff) of Hoffman, Illinois; and his grandchildren, Lucas, Dagny, Fitz, Alleecia, Addy, Brenten, Owen and Olive.
