He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Ann Channer of Fullerton; his children, Rosanne Cunningham (James) of Kearney and Kevin McIntyre (Jeannie) of O'Dell; his grandchildren, Beth Anne Cunningham of Lincoln, Benjamin Cunningham of Kearney, Devin McIntyre of Kearney and Kerstin McIntyre of O'Dell; his sister Colleen Chase of Bullhead City, AZ; and his sister-in-law Sandra McIntyre of Camp Verde, AZ. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Fullerton Rescue Squad and Fullerton Volunteer Fire Department.
