He is survived by: his wife Katherine Caldwell of Fullerton; his daughters, Renee Pickerel (Daniel) of Lincoln, Kimberly Gerhold (David) of Olathe and Brenda Scalise (Larry) of Lincoln; his grandchildren, Brandon, Destinee, Alexis, Jack, Denea and Nicholas; and his great grandchildren, Olive June and Oakley Glen. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
