He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Phillips and Ethel Phillips (Moore); his wives, Jean and Glenrose; his daughter Lisa; and his sister Zella Bohlke.
He is survived by: his children, Bruce Phillips (Laurie) of Neligh, Linda Brock (Walt) of Fullerton and Jennel Steele (Tracy DeMary) of Fullerton. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
