He was predeceased by: his parents, Dale Milby and Mary Milby (Meyers); his brother-in-law Terry Still; his parents-in-law, Wesley and Elizabeth Luce; and his sisters-in-law, Beverly Luce and Kathy Luce.
He is survived by: his wife Priscilla Luce; his children, Jess Milby of Fullerton and Matt Milby (Callie) of Fullerton; his grandsons, Samuel and Milo; his sisters, Cheryl Still of Elm Creek, Connie Loseke (Gary) of Fullerton and Marla Bush (Steve) of Lincoln; and his siblings-in-law, Jim Luce (Janie), David Luce (Donna), Dan Luce (Kelly), Stephen Luce, Marilynn Ritta (Ed) of Marquette and Carolynn Luce of Central City. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Marty donated blood at every opportunity and when he was unable to be an organ donor, he chose to donate his body to science at UNMC. In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the Fullerton Volunteer Fire Department, Fullerton Volunteer Rescue, Fullerton Cemetery, and the Community Bible Church in Central City.
