He was predeceased by: his daughter Serenity; his brother Brandon Smith; his grandparents, Fred Nicholson, Donald Franklin, Delmar and Betty Smith; his aunt Julie Moffree; his uncles, Dave Smith and Wally Martin; and his cousins, Nathan Martin, Taylor Martin and Justin Mason.
He is survived by: his mother Beverly Smith (Ray) of Kearney; his son Bradin Ray Franklin; his wife Brittany Franklin of Funk; his sons, Miles, Karson and Rowan; his father Randall Franklin, Sr. (Vicki) of Holdrege; his mother-in-law Lisa Axtell (Scott Beck); his grandmother Sue Nicholson of California; and his siblings, Carrie Smith (Ben) of Holdrege, Christina Franklin (Andrew) of Holdrege and Tristan Franklin of Holdrege. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.
