He is survived by: his mother Darlene "Cookie" Butterfield (Smith); his wife Pam Butterfield (Oliver) of Garland, NE; his children, Vanessa Butterfield of Raymond, NE, Jason Butterfield (Alicia) of Kearney, NE, Alyssa Miller Tindall (Chris Tindall) of Lincoln, NE and Jessica Miller (Brad Riemann) of Chicago, IL; his sisters, Christi Griffith (Marty) of Norfolk, NE, Lori Butterfield of Omaha, NE and Ann Hardy (Jason) of Columbus, NE; his brother-in-law Tom Oliver, Jr. (Mary) of Lincoln, NE; his mother-in-law Phyllis Oliver of Raymond, NE; and his grandchildren, Charlotte, Cooper, Lilyanna, Noah, Eva, Ansel and Amelia. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
